Terms & Conditions

1. Room rates include excellent buffet breakfast.
2. All rates are subject to 10% Service Charge + 13% VAT.
3. All major credit cards accepted (Visa, MasterCard) with 4% bank service charge.
4. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Check-Out time 12.00 Noon.
6. To confirm booking, we require 15% advance payment.
7. If you are not able to check in the hotel due to political issues and weather conditions, 50% cancelation charge will apply.

Cancelation Policy

1. 24 hours prior cancelation charge 30%
2. 12 hours prior cancelation charge 50%
3. Short notice cancelation charge 70%
